By downloading the mobile application called dr Milk from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the AppStore for iPhone mobile devices (it is necessary for the device to be predefined on the AppStore and Google Play Store in Serbia) and the participant registers his profile.

Upon successful registration, the participant can participate in the loyalty program "Dr Milk Rewards That Start", following all the rules of the program published on the www.drmilk.rs website and within the drMilk mobile application.

How are points collected?
Points are collected by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the receipt that you received when purchasing Dr. Milk products included in the loyalty program. All retail outlets where it is possible to buy Dr. Milk products are participating in the activation.
Where is it possible to find the scanned accounts so far?
You can find all the accounts you have entered into the app so far in the "Accounts" section. In addition to the account, the status of the account is also displayed. If the account is successfully scanned, the number of points won will be displayed.
What does the message "Account is in processing" mean?
The message indicates the fact that the account is currently undergoing a processing process and that its status will be known upon completion of this process. The status of the account will be displayed in the "Accounts" section as soon as the checks are completed.
What does the message "Logged in account" mean?
The tax account you are trying to enter is already registered in the system. This means that this specific account has already been recorded in some version of the application.
What does the message "Traffic date is not valid" mean?
The account you have entered is not created during the lifetime of our loyalty program and cannot participate in it. After that, the gift will be sent and delivered to you as soon as possible.
Is it possible to change the address after the order has been confirmed?
