That's exactly why Mlekara Ub and the Dr. Milk brand were yesterday proud participants of Agro Job Fair 3, an employment fair organized by the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad.

The goal of our participation was clear: to give students and graduates the opportunity to learn first-hand how one of the most modern systems in the Serbian dairy industry works. In a great atmosphere, we've seen tremendous interest in our internship programs and open positions.

We put special emphasis on supporting young people when entering the labor market. Our HR team was available to students throughout the day, sharing advice on writing CVs, preparing for interviews and solving dilemmas they face at the start of their careers. We believe that mentoring is just as important as the technological processes by which we are recognizable.

We would like to thank the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad for the invitation and the fantastic organization of the event, which combines theory and practice in the right way. The enthusiasm shown by the young visitors of the fair gives us an additional incentive to continue investing in education and development of local talents.

We have many positive impressions and new contacts from this year's fair, and we are already looking forward to the next meeting!
